Happy 10th Sunday of the year 2025!

Many things motivate people in life, includes..

Doing Yoga , or gym or exercises,
Reading quotes, or books or stories
Reading and writing affirmations,
Helping others,
Learning new things,
Learning from mistakes ,
Taking on New challenges,
Overcoming challenges,
Having challenging goals and deadlines,
Creating new processes or Improving existing ones,
Making a difference in the lives of others.
Pushing yourself out of comfort zone,
Meditation , Spiritual path,
Celebrating small wins,
etc etc..

There are more things based on people and their life situations..

I think these things aren’t the real motivation but just ways to reach a goal. For example, people go to the gym because they want to be fit and healthy. Meditation isn’t the motivation itself, but a way to get a clear mind. The real motivation comes from what people want to achieve, and these activities help them get there.

So the the key to motivation is having goals. And when it comes to setting goals, I recommend checking SMART goals framework.
