Frankly, you can rank with just content but the downsides are:
- you have to pick low competition keywords
- you have to build your site content to produce context for your money pages (pages that convert visitors into $$$)
- you have to wait from 6 months to 18 months or more for organic traffic to show up (depending on your niche)
