When you receive an outreach email, what usually makes you read the full message instead of deleting it?

For me, the first few lines and the reason for contacting me would probably matter more than a long introduction.

For those who do outreach regularly, what gets you the most replies:

a good subject line, personalization, the offer itself, or simply keeping the email short?

for me it is more about relevance rather than all the perssonalized gimmicks. if the first few lines manage to make it clear to me that u have a purpose for reaching out to me nd what in it for me i will most probably keep on reading.

That makes sense. I also think relevance matters more than adding too many personal details. If the first few lines clearly explain why you are reaching out and what is useful for them, it gives them a reason to keep reading. Do you think keeping the email short makes a big difference too?

I usually respond when the email feels genuinely relevant rather than mass-sent. A clear offer, some real personalization, and no unnecessary introduction goes a long way.

Yeah, I agree. I also feel like a short email with a clear reason works better than a long introduction.

The subject tells alot about the body of the mail, if i will pass or stay.
