We are doing so much of things in our day life.
What have you done to make you happier today? Or

Are you planning to do something to make you happy at the end of the day?
I am curious to hear from you guys.

I try to watch a film per day and it usually makes me immediately more satisfied. Even if it's not a good one, you can learn something about film from bad ones too. And as I tend to watch systematically (e.g. going through a director's filmography), it's bringing me closer to my goal (e.g. get to know about a certain director/topic).
 
I had a good d&d session with my friends yesterday and my bard became level 2 :D
 
I've just planted some flowers and I'm going to sit in the sun for a few minutes.
Unthinkable a few years ago, because I always had a 12-hour night shift there (plus a 3-hour commute).
