Oh, and a fantastically successful "soft" marketing campaign, which was
hugley successfull.

Teamwork people, teamwork with a direction.

When I first went into second line support and I needed to be able to quickly search the forums of some of the top software packages we used, I found that googles index was much better at pulling that sort of info with a well qualified search string than the others.

That lasted a few months before some blackhatters started ranking content locked sites for the technical info I wanted ;-)
