I may be a bit biased but I favor the Philippines. Just avoid living places where there is seasonal flooding.
 
Philippines has my vote. Most fun I have ever had and it never cold.
 
you could always try Singapore where it's either
hot and humid or hot wet and humid. No other variations, day and night its always the same. :captain:
 
Medellin Colombia. It's not called the city of eternal spring for nothing. Plus it's cheap & the girls are redic.

The "best weather" is quite a relative term. Best weather to you isn't going to mean the best weather to me. I prefer somewhere that's constantly cold, never above 60 degrees. You might prefer somewhere that's never less than 60 degrees. Nonetheless, pointless first post as others have said.
