I'm using some kinds of link building below:
- Guest posts is still an effective technique. But you should do it right, create and maintain relationships with industry news sources and blogs, produce high-quality content and make sure that you link back to your site in a useful and relevant way;
- Blogging, which is a unique way for a company to engage their audience , attract links and achieve higher organic rankings;
- Infographics;
- Directories link building technique still works, but you need to be mindful with how to approach it. Directory link building requires judgement and critical thinking! so do not be tempted by low-quality directories, they will cause you more damage than good.
- Asking for links is still an original and trusted technique that still works.

You have to follow every method. It depends on what is your keyword difficulty and how big is your competition and what is your niche.

For the medium competition, you can rank well with proper on page optimization and backlinks from PBN, Web 2.0. Social networks, URL shorteners, Blog commenting, directory submission.
For high competition definitely, you have to do the outreach, editorial links post from premium sites niche related links.

From my list only PBN link is missing. But still no result yet. On page is also good.

Get PBN links as well. But don't try to get any kind of cheap links. You can build your own PBN to your site.
Just use TIERED LINK BUILDING
You have to focus on building 3 different tieres of link juice.
the first is the best, made by web 2.0 properties, wikis articles and ezine, blogs etc. and they all
point to your money site
the second will be less good and point to the resources of the first
the third is spammy and u can build it with gsa or buy it from fiverr gsa.
