Hello friends,
I am curious about what keeps you guys motivated when working. What are the internal drives. I feel motivated when I have a purpose, a goal, and I keep myself motivated by thinking what is the reason why I started to do a specific task. When I lack in motivation I stop for a minute and I ask myself: "Is this the life you want? Are you sure that you want to quit this just because you suddenly felt that this is not worth it? Do you think that you are going to feel better if you quit that if you were going to finish this?". Every time I ask myself this I start to work even harder, even more intense.
I don't have a certain talent. My only true, and the most valuable asset, is my perseverence. And with this, I can "steal" a lot of other great talents.
Tell me what works for you.
