What is your review on Windows 11 ?

Latest buzz in the technology is Windows 11. What is your take on this., have you started to using the Beta version it.

The best feature is now its integrated with Android app so now it would become rice in app.



Here are a top most new features in Windows 11:

A new, more Mac-like interface. Windows 11 features a clean design with rounded corners, pastel shades and a centered Start menu and Taskbar.

Integrated Android apps. Android apps will be coming to Windows 11 and installable from within the new Microsoft Store via the Amazon Appstore. (There were a couple of ways to access Android apps on Windows 10, including if you had a Samsung Galaxy phone, but this will make it native.)

Widgets. While they've been around for a while (remember desktop gadgets on Windows Vista?), including in a recent Windows 10 update, you can now access widgets directly from the Taskbar and personalize them to see whatever you'd like.
Microsoft Teams integration. Teams is getting a face-lift and will be integrated directly into the Windows 11 Taskbar, making it easier to access (and a bit more like Apple's FaceTime). You'll be able to access Teams from Windows, Mac, Android or iOS.


Easier transition from monitor to laptop, and better multitasking. The new OS includes features called Snap Groups and Snap Layouts -- collections of the apps you're using at once that sit in the Taskbar, and can come up or be minimized at the same time for easier task switching. They also let you plug and unplug from a monitor more easily without losing where your open windows are located.

Been using it since 3-4 days.
Surprisingly very stable. All my devices work out of the box. Feels very snappy.

No drivers released for my Laptop by harware manufacturer for Windows 11 so I wouldn't be able to use it.

It would have most of the driver mate. also previous version will driver will work on windows 11 too

Dedicated android emulators are always going to be better than whatever integrated crap windows add. ESPECIALLY for games. Apps like bluestacks are built and optimized specifically for game performance, and I don't think windows' will be able to compete. I guess it could be useful for other things tho. IM in particular.

Seen this coming 10 billion miles away

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed. First of all, Windows 10 was supposed to be a live service that lasted for a long time. But they're abandoning it so quickly.
Second of all, I'm hearing rumors, you will be forced to connect a Microsoft account to even install it. Hopefully, this is bypassable. Especially for system admins setting stuff up for other people.

Honestly, I won't move forward from 8.1 windows

It feels like a full version of an OS, rather than just a Beta version. Compared to windows 10, it feels more modern and snappy. Hopefully with windows starting to embrace arm more, there will be some good competition for Apple's M1 lineup. I would love to have a Dell Rugged Extreme, or Panasonic Toughbook with an arm cpu running windows 11 so that I could get 48-72 hours of use before needing to charge.

Review? It isn't even out yet lol. You cannot probably install the leaked (i bet its a ms stunt) on real hardware anyway. Running on vm is totally limiting, and noone can judge the quality of an OS like that.

Let's wait for a proper version release may be.

It's already out you need to be in the windows insider program and select dev option.

I am a part of the insider program, but I haven't really gotten any notification yet. Well.. let's see what happens in coming weeks.

I will wait a bit for my pc to update to Windows 11 but I am really interested in the Android Store which will allow you to automate Apps from a "Native device".

Some of these new features in Windows: Improved voice typing experience, upgraded touch keyboard with optimal key size, sounds, colors, animations and even new fonts and icons.

I will stick to windows 10

I will continue using Windows Vista based Laptop. Spending money on PC based on Windows 11 is a waste of money and I will continue buying Coca-Cola stocks from my hard earned money.

Time is money, and a windows vista era computer is going to cost you a lot of time compared to a computer with a modern and much faster cpu.

Seriously for SEO you need fast PC? Even you can play games like Among Us on Vista. Its a non-sense spread by PC companies that PC speed has increased but it remains same for 90% of the tasks like Excel, PowerPoint, Browsing, Gaming, Video editing, piracy of movies, calculation of money etc.

My CPU isn't supported too, but there are very easy workarounds for that. You can build an iso from UUDdump

The CPU check is in the install environment only, if you bypass that it would flawlessly.

But of course, that is only for insider builds.

They need to remove the TPM thingo
