What percentage of people in your business raise a dispute or request a refund?

Almost none... I bet in the past 12 years I've refunded less than 5 people and we do a fair amount of business.

AND... I never say no if a person requests a refund as that is generally bad business and often bad publicity.

Great. May I know what kind of business it is?
 
I had about 1 per idk maybe ~1000 people do a refund, back when t-shirt dropshipping was popular, but that was about 6 years ago.
