What is your Internal to External Link Ratio?

Dear BHW,

It is rarely discussed but what is your Internal to External link ratio?

For most of my sites i follow the following structure:

• 60 % Internal Links
• 20 % External Links to authoritative domains eg. within Finance (Forbes, NerdWallet etc.)
• 20 % External Links to educational or closely related topical articles / websites

What is your typical link ratio and why?

There is no such thing as an optimum ratio. Visitors from other sites who connected to you will value you, and you will value them when you direct them to another page on your site. Continue if the connections make sense!

Minimum of two links to relevant pages.

So they all point to other pages a minimum of 2 times.

2 external outbound to authority shit like wikipedia
Dnt do percantages, like it simple.
