what is your first programming language that you study

php but I still did not remember that how to start with php (confused) with code <?php or <php?. (Every-time I start coding, I search this in google)

Mine was turbo pascal , did you heard of it ?
Long Long time ago

I recommend javascriptCheck other languages. Some of them have great start, but now they are not popular. And only javascript is always actual, especially it's frameworks (jquery, angular, etc)

I am electrical engineer. So my first programing language which I started to studied was Pascal. It was when I was in secondary school. It is very old program language, but I think if you know any program language it is not a problem to programming in any other. After that when I started to study on faculty I learned C and C++. It was not problem to programming in C and C++ . It is only different syntax, the logic is same :)

I've tried to learn a few but the only two where anything really stuck were HTML and PHP, I mean I don't know if you'd count CSS as a language, and I don't know enough SQL to even consider it just enough to understand.

HTML was first but I really love PHP, being able to manipulate and automate things is extremely useful and saves countless hours, especially when trying to crack it in this business

First Pascal, then HTML and actionscript and i suck at all of them!

I studied web based languages first. PHP, JavaScript and HTML. It's pretty dull though and not particularly interesting. I then moved onto Java which opened my eyes to OOP. Currently I'm only really programming in Objective-C. I love it, it's very easy to use, very powerful and very relevant for Mac and iOS.

I first learned C/C++ to make simple cmd line apps, but then i become heavily involved in UnrealScript. I was 13/14 at the time so Computer games was a big thing for me

Anyone remember the game Unreal Tournament?
I used to write cheats and add-ons for Unreal based games, and i liked to hack the anti-cheat protections weekly by bytehacking the files.
My abilities skyrocketed because it was FUN! It was fun going onto servers and owning all the players using things i had created and exploits i had discovered

Then i moved onto Counter-Stike where i learned how to hook Dll files into the came engine using assembly and C language in order to implement my cheating bots.

I don't create anything these days.. I like to reverse engineer android apps for fun and monetary gain

I travel on the bus for free in the UK because i have hacked their M-Ticket application :p

My was Pascal, but from today I will reccomend Python on first language - not PHP as a lot of do, because it will teach bad practises from begining

back in 2000 HTML was language that i learnt first for web designing
Till today i have a complete grip on it and enjoying its features
