what is your first programming language that you study

    hi everyone my first programming language that i studied was C++

    pure (ANSI) C....although I didn't do much with my skills until I later learned PHP and Python.

    In black hat methods my main tool were done in Perl - awesome language for manipulating text.

    the first one i studied in college was C, and then VB,PHP,HTML,CSS,JAVA, JAVA SCRIPT

    first one I studied was PHP and later in college i studied .net, c#, java, javascript, html

    but still I find php to be the most powerful language so far

    Python is great for IM, such as
    - Tracking custom workflows
    - Automating form submissions (twill, mechanize) or any web activity
    - Doing other things like sending emails or calling other services like text message marketing
    - GUI building (tkinter or others)

    C is in demand nowadays with very exciting and innovative products, some of which pay very well such as security and medical devices.

    Very true. I actually like C and I think it'll always be in demand..but for what I do on a regular basis I found the two languages mentioned to allow me to be more productive.

    C++, I think this is the best one since it will teach you programming concepts like OOP and generics, and will make you familiar with the low-level.

    The First Programming language that i Learned is C Programming Language. Then C++ for an Object Oriented.
