What is your favorite CRM?

I have tried so many CRMs... can never decide which one I like best. Also, I prefer cheap or free

(because there are so many now).
Examples: Asana, Hubspot (free one), Zoho, Bitrix24 (I have been using that for PM as well, its going well, and free).

Big fan of pipedrive, personally. It's extremely easy to use and I love the templates.

Dubsado, love it! Does so much more, like contract management, signing, lead capture forms, portal for clients..... Its free for your first 3 clients, you can get 20% your 1st month if you ask me for a code before signing up.

Depends what type of work you're doing and what workflow you need. Different CRMs have different target markets (sales pipeline, customer management, IT tickets, manufacturing, etc.). Solve360 was great in the past, because it was highly configurable. If you want something more enterprisey, you can get a deal on the Atlassian stack for 10 user licenses. It requires more configuration, but it's also a more powerful and scalable solution.
