What is your best business model?

I feel like shiny object syndrome is taking my life away. I have a constant feeling of thinking about something much better than what I do right now. There is a struggle for me to take action for a long term because I believe I won't find:

- A relatively effortless business
- In which I got knowledge (OR I could learn fast)
- And it's paying good

But at the same time I hope to find the golden ratio of business model. I'm a type of loser perfectionist.

What is your best formula for business, you would choose - to actually spend more than a year on it?
