What is up with Clickbank Hops lately?

There must be something really wrong with Clickbank atm, because I normaly get around 40-70 hops every day. But for some reason the hops just dissapeared even if the traffic to my site is the same. I have seen some other threads talking about this, but I want to know why this is happening? Why haven't Clickbank posted anything about it? Will my stats get fixed when the problem is fixed?

How many of you are having the same problem?

You are not alone. Lets wait and see if they will fix this. I sent e support ticket but still no response...
 
Yup same here, I get some order form impressions but 0 hops!
 
Because reading about their maintenance schedule is hard.
 
And again - CB is down. No hops no sales no nothing. BS Almost every second day they are down for some reason. They are doing maintenance every day. What is this about? It looks like they are cheating us.

Beside that they allowed vendors to make their own squeeze pages and affiliates are avoided. I signed up for one where I am affiliate. Upon sign up I started to receive their autoresponders and when I hit the buy button OF COURSE my affiliate name was not there.
I am paying for solos, for traffic, for email marketing and all other stuff. Why? Just to put my money in vendors pockets!!!!
 
@condadon Maybe you are right! I could think that I am doing something wrong, but as far as I can see I am not alone here to complain.
 
Experiencing the same thing, funny thing when you see more sales than hops for that day :)

All Client Analytics data prior to 2/13/14 is valid and continues to be displayed.

No, reading about their maintenance schedule is not hard. But knowing about a technical error inside of the client analytics when Clickbank have said nothing about it, well that is kind of hard.

Now 13th,14th and 15th hops are showing :)

My hops count stats over the last week have

been really screwy.


I'm off my weekly averages

and I hope that Click Bank can fix the error soon....
 
Do you track your clicks?

CB btw sometime takes too much time to update the stats.
 
We are basically getting the same response from CB. Lets hope they will fix this...
 
Yesterday, statistics showed "down for maintenance" and the updated time now shows Feb 18. I think Clickbank is actually working to solve the issue.

I believe that's the vendor's fault, not Clickbank's fault
