I used a lot of position trackers and SEO tools in my life. I've stick to ahrefs now, because it's my primary tool. Anyway, many people from BHW posted screenshots from this tool:

What tool does this screenshot come from? I cant find name.

what is the best tool to start tracking serp for a beginner? i have try account for serpbook and just stumbled across serpstat. which tool is suited for seo beginner or are there any free options?

I use Serpbook from a lot of years, and what I like more - apart the correct tracking - is you can do more campaigns and create a *only read link report* so you can give this links to your clients, and they can see only their report.

I have a web agency, so this is a great solution for me.

I don't know what is that SERP tracker, but I highly recommend you to use SpySERP, which I've been using for 2 years.
