So many indian people, they could fill every university all over the world. Some have to stay behind in india.

No worries. I don't think there are 20K searches on the phrase, but looks like there are huge numbers of searches for specific Universities.
That being the case, there is a lot you could do with the domain if you put your mind to it.
I don't know much about fees in Indian universities, but if you could get deals with some of them for referring students to them that could be a winner.
Or you could have information pages for students for each of the cities/universities and get deals going with some of the local business that cater to students.
