I have been monitoring my site for quite some time using SemRush, and have noticed that my total ranking keywords have been decreasing, almost to like 50 lost per week. What is the reason behind this?

Your reply was reported, it has nothing to do with my original post.

What do you do on those websites... Message me the urls... I can help you with it probably!

Hey OP, have you found the reason for the lost keywords? I actually have the same problem and don't even know where to look for a solution... I haven't built any links for over 3 months. No manual action messages in Google Webmaster Tools...
That's how it looks like:

As you can see 3 keywords are still ranked... I am totally confused about this situation :(

nah I haven't been able to find the reason as to why my keywords were being removed/lost, but I just left it and ignored it for the last month or so, and I've actually been slowly ranking for more keywords again.

Apart from relying on SEMRush did you verify in Google Search Console. While SEMrush is quite good but if your site is of a more 'local niche' then Semrush might not be as accurate.
Having said that here's an article that lists possible causes depending on how many keywords you've lost rankings: https://www.mondovo.com/blog/effectively-deal-with-lost-google-ranking-with-rank-drop-quadrant/
