What is the quickest way to get adsense account?

Google needs a top level domain that should be at least 6 months old. Is there any blackhat method of getting an adsense account. Thanks in advance.

I guess it is imposed only for Indians right ? Coz I applied for adsense and got it approved the very next day.. this was in the month of April 2008..7 months ago

Adsense is taken action on Only Indian Publisher bcoz they are manipulating the accounts by giving false info n many things which Google hate it!! So Indian pub will have a hard time with adsense.. checp google groups you will find a lot of ppl like you who are also scolding google :D
 
I did it the easy way, sign up to blogger.com make a post, apply to adsense, aproved!! be sure to actually but it on the blog then.

But I am from the usa. dont know if that makes a difference

Joined flixya.com and now ads are being displayed on my content on flixya. But when I try to login into adsense a/c there is the message:
"Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as your application is currently in review. Within a week of your application date, we'll review your application and follow-up with you via email. Once you are approved to join AdSense, you'll be able to log in to your account and get started."

Lets see what happens.

you goto set Adsense a/c up when your asked to signup after confirming you e-mail...(I don't know about now but b4 it used to be the same that I said)...and flixya a/c would only get selected if you have a proper theme about posting video's and pic's so just wait for 2 days try uploading some theme based pic's and video's there are enough chances that you could get an adsense a/c
 
now google has change their rules in new adsense account ?? all along i thought a blogger account will do...so strict now ??
 
Update: account denied by google. Reason: site should be at least 6 months old.
 
i got mine just by posting few articles off ezine on a blogger blog, plus i'm from india

so i'm not so sure of the action against indian publishers thing

edit: i got my account accepted within a week too btw
