As the question says,i would like to start my own PBN.I was reading a lot,but really. Now the confusion is that some says that the stats as PA,DA,CF,TF are the important parts together with the link profile of the domains. Some other says that the stats are not important only the links.
I am completely new to SEO or PBN,i was/am doing social media mostly,i would like to go other routes as well.
And what about PR?Many people say that it is not important. However all the sales thread's first question is about the PR.

So if i guess right:
Should acquire domains with good stats and nice back links regardless of PR?

Thank you

Everything matters! I guess you should check what people are offering ;)

PR is important regardless when it was updated last time. Being private is most important in PBN

Everything is important in PBN, The higher the better. Dont go for dropped domains, they wont be effective for your PBN.
Domain Age(very important)
PR
DA
PA
TF & CF
Backlink Profile
Hosting IP(should mix it with multiple servers)

PR is important in a PBN, yes, but only if you are going to sell it, because PR sells.

If you are going to build a PBN where "P" stands for "private", so that you are the only one using it, then don't look for High PR domains. Don't look for high PA/DA domains either. Look for powerful domains instead. And the strenght of a domain is given by its backlinks (and secondarily, age), Google sees only that.

PA/DA/TF/CF are decent indicators, but by relying massively on them you will end up missing gems and getting spammed domains.

Everything matters to have decent PBN, like PR-DA-PA-CF-TF. Also agree that PR is important if you would like to sell it only.

Research Research Research
and then hire a geek to do it for you :)

PR is important only if you want to sell it later. Make sure is not fake.
PA/DA can be manipulated as well.
CF-TF are in my opinion less easy to manipulate.

I'll tell you what is more important when searching for a domain for PBN. Domain age and checking every backlink before registering it. I'm usually check backlinks via moz, majestic and ahrefs, remove duplicates and check every major backlink manually so I can see with my eyes if the site is legit and if the link will stick there for long time.

So basically, can agree on PR that it is important if i want to sell it.No i don't,i want a private network. So go for age and links mostly. It is only a good addition if the stats are nice.
These are important factors for me,because i don't have the knowledge and the time to research the domains. So i have to go with the seller who is offering these kind of domains.
Even the articles...it is a different story already :)

No one has mentioned the topic, if sites of your PBN are chosen by topic and creating something near to a center topic you can have a really good PBN.
This means that if you've a mini PBN with 5 blogs of crs and you want to boost car's site the power of the PBN is as 50 link without topic relevancy.

So you've to be enought lucky but if can get it you can rank well competitive niches without a lot of effort.

for domain = age/pr/links.

for site = theme/ip/cms.

Metrics are a starting point and they can be useful but the backlinks are the only important thing really: where are the backlinks coming from? are they editorial (i.e. in content), in a list of links, in the sidebar/blogroll, footer? how many other links are on the linking pages? is the linking site consider to be an authority? does the linking site have high trust?

Then you MUST check the domain's history to see if it has been bought by an SEO previously for any purpose - whether that's selling links, general spam, automatic blog, affiliate store. Don't just put it in archive.org but check the backlinks too as this is a sure fire way to check whether a domain has been used by an SEO before - can you spot any keyword rich anchors that seem out of place? Are there any backlinks pointing towards keyword rich URLs?

My advice - don't spend big straight away but test the waters a little bit and try your hand scraping for domains. After you've looked at several hundred (which is what is required if you want to find the juicy ones), you'll be much better at choosing between the good, the bad and the ugly.

PR, CF, TF, PA, DA, and Ahrefs rank are all important, but that's not where you should stop. Proceed to examine the link profile of the domain and make sure there are no spammy links. Then check it's archive.org history to ensure it hasn't been used for anything spammy.

Thank you very much guys.I think it cleared more less my confusion.Now is the hard part.To act,get keyword,content,domain...etc;;;

All metrics matter but make sure they correspond to each other since you need genuine metrics.

Care to share what those genuine metrics are? You seriously need to slow down from posting on random threads because it simple doesn't make any sense.

i think PR is not very important this day since google page rank is very outdated this day.. i mean domain with PR 5 might be drop in ranking let say PR 2 in the next pagerank update

So , from all posts , i see that PR is not very important and domain backlinks , DA / PA is very effective , yes ?
