What is the important for PBN?

I just saw some very nice domains with 100+ high PR and DA links.
PR4 - PR8 links with DA 37-90+. These sites are mostly PR2-3.I think these might be very good domains because of the backlinks even though their PR is not high.The links are looking good so far.Am i correct? I mean,when i was looking for keywords,and checked the competition,the first 1-5 positions are full with high PR and DA/PA links.So in case we want to beat them we need a lot of those links.

If you are saying that the domains are PR 2-3 but their backlinks are pr 4-8 and have good stats, look clean and like they are going to stay there for a long time then yes, buy the domains, they would be perfect. Pr has not been updated in a long time so it is quite possible that a Pr2 could really be Pr 6 because it has those links and people just do not realise it.

What is the important for PBN?
