what is the Escalation process in BHW ??

    Dear All,

    I need your help/suggestions in the case where i am not happy with Moderators behavior/decision.
    they have a right to silence my voice by banning my account, what if i am not happy with them? what choice i have? whom should i approach?
    i have a case in shitlist, instead of answering my doubts I have been threatened to get banned if i don't stop.
    what should be my next level to approach?

    Disclaimer : I hope i have not violated any policy here, no abuse, no threat. I also hope that i should have the right to approach the next level if i am not happy with Mod. if i have no right than you can definitely take any action against me.

    Relating to the SL thread, you decided to do a chargeback then come to us after you had done so.
    Paypal found in favour of the buyer and after our investigations, we found the same, as we explained to you.

    You were advised not to persistently badger staff, but chose to ignore that advice.

    If you are unhappy with any staff member, then your cause for redress is to speak to an admin ( @Apricot OR @bz ) or the forum owner.

    It's a private owned forum, not a democracy. Mods here are pretty great and i personally would think thrice before going above 'em.

    If you have a solid case against anyone on blackhatworld, you'll not be disappointed!! Even if that person is moderator here.

    If I remember correctly there was a mod named bigbuddy. He has marketplace thread and when he found guilty of cheating others, he was banned from forum.

    it's not about mods status , mods are reputed members from long years with a lot of useful share before being mods ... and you what ?! why someone will believe you and not believe members with that status ?!

    Dear sir,

    as per what you have informed me, you have copied the PP decision, you did not explain me the base of your decision, as i informed you that the paypal decision was based on my claim content, i wrote incomplete information to them that is why i lost, but i told you that i can reopen the dispute any time f i have valid information. if you have not seen any dispute get reopened in past doesnt mean it can not happen again ?
    you informed me that i already made the mistake by keeping the dispute open at both places ( BHW and PP), i didn't want to do the same mistake again, so i did not reopen the dispute at PP.

    Also sir, i would have not challenged your decision if you would have answered my questions, which i am asking from the beginning.
    you have only instructed me, Never answered my question. whenever i remind you, then i get threatening instruction to get banned.

    sir please advise why would i abuse you ?? i have nothing personal with you, i lost my money, i have been very kind and requesting to seller, i did not even ask for refund. i asked for help in replacement only.

    Sir did you check how many times i requested him ? and what was his response ??
    what do expect me to be, nice ???? you are also not helpful anywhere, instead of understanding my problem and answering my question, you always threaten me.
