What is the difference between an aged and a fresh IG account? I'm about to buy an aged Instagram account and the seller claims that an aged account has an advantage, if so, what is it?

Aged accounts are probably more trustworthy in the eyes of IG, meaning you will probably get banned less quickly. (I think, I never touched IG in my life)
Understandable, thank you for the help! :)

Can confirm, they're way less likely to be banned, particularly if they have real backup emails.

You can imagine it simply with former employees and interns. Higher Reputation

I would go with fresh Instagram and just don’t use them for a week or a month, that’s aged right?

Well, you still likely to get banned easily with that setup.

Instead you will need to make some activities on these accounts, like real users accessing Instagram features.

Then while you’re still likely getting banned, but it won’t be as severe.

I honestly don’t see much difference in either.

When aged accounts are used the right away, their limits are way better than a fresh account.

That doesn't give you a green light to do whatever you want but it does take away the possibility of making 3 comments in a row and getting suspended which could be the case of a badly created fresh IG account.

I see, thanks for your help :)

In theory, the older your account is, the safer it looks to IG algorithm to detect it as spammy. So, an old account is technically better with performing more actions.

However, a 3 month old account that has been left idle will make no difference compared to a new account that has just been created. So an older account with no history - liking, commenting is not going to be of any great benefit.

You will still need to warm up the age account just like you will do with fresh accounts.

yes, luckily there are providers for that too. And the accs don't need to be active all the time, I do agree though that there has to be some previous activity on them. I always have a couple hundred accounts (for my own use, I don't advertise here) that stay dormant until I use them and they always work perfectly fine although I haven't touched them in months. All a question of how you prepare them

Can confirm.
An aged account that is kept warm during the time is less likely to be blocked by IG.
I used an 5 year old Account and heavily used Jarvee on it after those years. Still going without an ban ( its already 1 year )
