What is the best youtube account?

Hello there,
I have a few youtube accounts. One of them is from 2008. Recently I started seriously considering making content. So I began wondering, what is the best account you can have in order to start?

For example, one of them is registered in Canada. Since most of the viewers are in USA, will it make sense to change it? Can you get paid if your country is different in the account?

What accounts are better, new ones or old ones? Does youtube algorithm treat them differently?

Sorry if my questions are silly, just trying to get all the information I can before investing my time. Thanks!

I live in Canada and mine is set to the USA and I i've been payed a few times already .
As for new vs old, idk . One thing I do know is that older accounts have custom urls that look like this : youtube.com/user/blahblahblah , while newer ones either look like this : youtube.com/channel/and a whole bunch of characters or youtube.com/c/name of channel .
