What is the best web scraping automation software?

I saw this site capterra.com/data-extraction-software/
And I know automation anywhere but it's crazy expensive. I was wondering if anyone knows about a better piece of software as I'm trying to replicate a video sharing website and put all their videos on my site. Is this possible?

Just follow a tutorial it's pretty simple to scrape a website. Check the links of the videos if they have an expiry set on them. If they do, you'll need to cache the videos for x amount of time. Or hire someone to write you a quick script, won't take longer then an hour.
