manual url shortner creation and then another round of url creations for the ones you just created and then GSA

Gosh nah! money robot is a shit tool where you can build their own pbn. never ever use it. Go for gsa / ranker x / serengines etc . the worst tool i use is money robot. Its not even function well. If you start to ask question of fb group as an exsisting user yeah they will kick off. Happens to my friend.

If you are only planning to run a few campaigns, get someone who owns one of these softwares. If that's going to be a continues project, choose RankerX. If you are planning to run projects now and then, GSA suit will fit better.

Not recommended man. It's going to be a waste of time. It would be much better if you can go with gsa products or ranker x.

I'm getting the exposure of building tier campaigns. I think it would be best to start learning about GSA softwares all together.
