I just signed up for free trial of SerpBook. Is this the best serp rank tracker? I also have market samurai which includes a rank tracker that is updated weekly. However, the serp results for my keywords are different between the two products. For example, SerpBook says my KW is at #6 while Market Samurai says #4. How do I know which is right ?

Sometimes those tools would shown different rank. It base on location and those tools using proxy to check the rank, google still do personalization on the results even on incognito mode etc' and geo-targets your real location (no matter which location set on Search Tools). That's especially for local/maps/videos on page one, results.
So that you want accurate you have goolge it and don't forget to clean all cookies.

Position that you receive from different services will be different because lots of reasons.
If positions are important then make research. Take several services - check their results and compare. If you find big group with same results - probably they are right. (In worst case they will show you all different numbers)
Best way of checking positions for your own site is something like google webmaster tools.

Been using that one for a while now, surprised to see just one mention about it.

serpbook: if your keywords under 50 - simple, but accuracy is slightly less
