If I were you, I would change your current host. They just have too much trackable information. Authorities can easily use the PayPal account and real IP address on their records to track you down.
Your best bet would be to use a VPN and also use a fully anonymous offshore host that only takes crypto.
Of course, not all crypto is created equal when it comes to anonymity. You might want to consider crypto such as Monero that are specifically designed to maximize your anonymity. Of course, it can only give partial protection because there's still a way to track you down.
But based on what you shared, your current setup leaves too much to be desired.
I would take things up a notch as far as privacy is concerned by changing to a different ISP using VPN and going full crypto.

Also did you use Mercury yourself? I've heard bad reviews about it.

I use mercury and have no issues, as long as you’re not doing illegal shit.
Support is always very responsive.
Transferwise on the other hand, have frozen my account many many times.
