Magento is the best option in my opinion, with both SEO and large SKU's. I run 4 e-commerce websites, all running Magento and find that once you have sufficient knowledge of the platform, it's by far the best choice to get your on-site SEO correct and up those ranking.

i would say magento all day long although opencart and woocommerce are cool
