I'm currently using both a Business Manager (BM) account and a personal account. My personal account, with a high spending amount, seems more stable than the BM accounts. I'm not sure if it's related to the presidential election, but I recently had one of my BM accounts with a large spending amount disabled. You might want to consider this, as it's based on my personal experience.

For whitehat, you can use a personal account, but for blackhat, it is best to use a business account
I'm currently using a personal ad account with high spending. It has fewer limitations and verification requirements. Business Manager accounts seem to be under stricter scrutiny lately, so I find using a personal account to be more stable and it meets my needs effectively.
