Aged verified BMs with payment history tend to be safer...but it's FB, they are strict and even the strongest accounts can be eventually randomly banned

I would prefer business account since it is designed to manage ads, pages and other assets also once it is suspended then it can be replaced immediately, and your personal account would not be affected. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any help
