What is the best article writer software out there in 2016?

Hi, I am not a good writer and I see a lot of article writing services here and in other blackhat forums but for 2$ per 500 words I am doubtful they use humans? So I am thinking they are maybe using an article writing software

There are plenty of writers in developing countries that will write 500 words for $2.00 USD. After currency conversion, the pay is much better than many other jobs in these countries.

You usually won't find U.S./UK/Australian writers for that kind of rate, though.

There are some ways to get articles without writing them from scratch like:
* Run someone else's article through Google Translate
* Transcribe the text of a video
* Content spinning (not completely original, but can be seen as original in the eyes of search engines if done right)

I don't know of any bots that write articles from scratch.
