I am looking to sell/get appraised a website for a company I made about 10 months ago, it has gotten to a point I am wanting to get out of doing Biz Op and looking at my options I have answered the questions you asked below:

Main Source of Traffic: Email and telemarketing
Brief overview: The website is built to take order for customers who are looking to get a website built with some social media marketing for that website. The main goal from the packages are to help MLM and home based Biz Op do well by getting an online presense. Strickly we build website and then do social media marketing for these people. Packages rang anywhere from $940 USD- $10,000 USD


I personally build the websites myself and do most of the social media marketing as well so the cost per each person is litterally the cost of the domain .99 cents - $15.00 + my 15 dollar a month hosting fees which I take about 10-15 new clients a month (Because that is all I can handle, if there were more people helping out profits would be in the 100k a week)

I have a website, ~1-year-old, amazon review site, not ranking on the first page but has potential and will be there. All links and made by email requests, so natural no PBNs that's way it takes a while to rank for me as a WH tactic.
Amazon affiliate, makes ~150$/month from about 900uv/month. Not really looking to sell it right now as the price will surely be lower, but wanted to see if I'm on the right track.

Sounds good so far. Hard to put an exact value right now but somewhere around $4k I'd expect.
