Hi, I have a site that I know isn't worth much but I'm considering selling it anyway as I need all the upfront cash as I can get right now.

Revenue from Jan 26th 2014- Jan 26th 2015: $715
Average monthly unique vists: 5800 per month
Main traffic source: 90% organic searches
Monetisation method: $565 from Adsense ads, $150 from a few paid links

The site is very small, sort of in the plumbing niche. I barely worked on it but it surprisingly became high up in SERPs for a few terms and have more or less held those positions for well over a year. I believe there would be better ways to monetise the site with a little work as I don't think Adsense is all that effective based on the CTR and ads that get displayed, but I know this information doesn't have much value when it comes to selling a site.

Appreciate your evaluation.

I just purchased an EMD and the exact match keyword is pulling in average of around 110k per month. CPC for keyword is around $1 and competition is low for keyword. Just purchased site and got it up and running late January and I'm in the process of trying to get it ranked.

It's still a little young so it would depend on the quality of the site and the link profile. If both are quality then $12k should be achievable at this end of the market.

Monetization: Adsense around 40€/month + Amazon around $50/month (I pulled Adsense and left Amazon although it doesn't seem like a good thing to do)
Traffic: around 2000 unique US visitors, 6000 pageviews per month, organic + social traffic
It has 153 unique articles, on page seo done properly. Its 1,2 years old.

I have around 30 backlinking domains pointing to it (SEMRUSH) or 140 domains by Ahrefs, with a mix of do and don't follow. It is in top 20 spots for 20+ keywords (cca 5000 searches) + 20 more top 50 spots for high volume keywords (2000-13000 searches).

Domain name is 14 years old.

Along with the site I would include FB fanpage with 40k fans and a twitter profile with 8500 followers.

Unfortunatly I don't have the time to maintain it and probably the best thing would be to sell it.

Can you please give me a ballpark figure? Should I list it on Flippa?

Depends what you are selling - social media tends to be a tough space to sell sites in as there are often legal issues in the niche.

Hard to say - generally niches like that don't have much of a business sale market - they tend to be best just to keep.

Same niche, different micro niches.
Directory based websites.

Sites are 5.4, 5.9, 6.4 and 6.8* years old. Have GWT & BWT analytics from start.
No maintenance, check backlinks structure of all 4 sites less then 1 hr a week. Possibility to limit this to once a month with less then an hour of work. Websites have never been negativly influenced by google updates or negative seo. Adding new hq articles drasticly increases earnings.

Websites are semi seasonal. lowest income is 1900 usd a month, median income is always around 2800 usd a month for over 4 years. Peak months are from summer to winter. Websites are severely under monetized. No updates to the websites have been made nor has there been any new content since early 2011 - stagnant sites. These have proven to be a gaurenteed income. After second year earnings have leveled off and remained equal. Sites fluctuate no more then 300 usd per month compared to last 4 years of historic information. Cost are 73 usd a month for a VPS but that is overkill and could be lowered to 25$ to a shared host account. Around 12 usd for domains per year, have been paid for the next 4 years.
