Not sure how this is related to money making but I'll try to explain it
Bizspark from Microsoft is a packet where you as a starting entrepreneur can use the Microsoft software for free (or a very low price) for a couple of years. They do this for severalreasons, but mainly to promote their software for businesses. Their stated reason however is: helping starting businesses reduce the cost of software licenses in the beginning. It's good if you are looking to use their products in your business and after 3 years you'll have to switch to the fully paid versions.
MSDN from Microsoft is a service where they target students, teachers, developers, ... to use their software. You have 2 different subscriptions, the basic and the premium. Basic is cheap or free, premium is affordable. You can download all Microsoft products there, from Windows to Windows Servers to visual studio. Usually colleges and universities have these subscriptions for their students. You can try and explore these software packets and use them for non commercial ends.
Hope this solves your question.
For MSDN you'll need some connections as for example schools to set up, but for bizspark, you just need your company and the right information.
