What is happening with those facebook offers?

In my country all fanpages are creating new offers recently. They just post one image to offer. I am trying to create one offer but I need to pay for it. Those fanpages don't pay because my country isn't in Facebook.

What is happening?

Is this an exploit to get user tokens ? or to get more likes ?
This is happening to many fanpages that they are offering something but without paying
 
Seems that offers have more reach than posts. When a user clicks to see the offer the story is shared to their friends; no matter if he finally claims the offer or not.

its only shared if they click share button
 
I also cannot post those offers ( must pay for them first ).
Can someone explain how to post offers for free?
 
Just write this in google: "How do I create an offer from the ads create tool?"
And follow instructions on the first link.. You will be able to create an offer for free from there. :)
 
Does someone know if there is a difference between paid and unpaid offers on Facebook?
I mean if the offers that we pay for are gonna get bigger reach or not?
 
obviously if u pay for them they will get more reach, but you dont have to pay for them in order for them to go viral
 
just go to fb/adverting and create claim offer..one of the best way to get likes on your fb pages.
 
Facebook offers really have more reach. Tested right now :) Interesting!
 
Posting images as offers i'm getting more then 50% Reach on my pages.. :D
Is there any limit of offers per month/day?
 
Well, I think there is no limit...
Anyway my offers don't get so many post likes as photos even if they get more reach... Please can anyone who used PAID offers tell about people reached/total number of fans on his page??

Enjoy having your fanpages banned. Facebook is onto this, people are losing their fanpages fast.
 
I tried it yesterday, my fan pages are alive. But I think that I won't risk my pages. Did anyone's page got actually banned?

P.S OP, your country is not listed because it is not a country. It is Serbian province known as Kosovo and Metohija (the monastery land)
