What is happening with those facebook offers?

In my country all fanpages are creating new offers recently. They just post one image to offer. I am trying to create one offer but I need to pay for it. Those fanpages don't pay because my country isn't in Facebook.

What is happening?

Seems that offers have more reach than posts. When a user clicks to see the offer the story is shared to their friends; no matter if he finally claims the offer or not.

And follow instructions on the first link.. You will be able to create an offer for free from there.

I mean if the offers that we pay for are gonna get bigger reach or not?

obviously if u pay for them they will get more reach, but you dont have to pay for them in order for them to go viral

Anyway my offers don't get so many post likes as photos even if they get more reach... Please can anyone who used PAID offers tell about people reached/total number of fans on his page??

I tried it yesterday, my fan pages are alive. But I think that I won't risk my pages. Did anyone's page got actually banned?

P.S OP, your country is not listed because it is not a country. It is Serbian province known as Kosovo and Metohija (the monastery land)
