What is Google Cloud Platform for how to use it?

I want to learn for google cloud platform does anyone know what it is for

There is AI api, there is small droplet's API where you can host small puppeter or python scripts,
there is Gdrive API... then storage API's like firebase MongoDB alternative etc...

Without anything more concrete you can't get specific answer.
