2019 is gone. Now it is 2020.
Now I want to know your opinion about the upcoming trends in 2020.
You know IM is changing regularly. Some methods which was profitable in 2012 won't run in 2020.
We should be prepared for the upcoming trends.

Some of the old threads of BHW prophecied that IM is going to die soon in 2020. I don't think so.

So please share your opinion with your experience and knowledge.

5 Lead Generation Trends to Watch in 2021
One good thing about trends is that they come and go. If a trend is something positive it stays for sometime and the bad ones die out faster.
If you are looking at the trends that will make a positive impact on n umber and quality of your leads in 2021, then here are some example.
1. Account based Marketing Strategy
Account based marketing (ABM) is a business marketing strategy that concentrates resources on a set of target accounts within a market. It uses personalized campaigns designed to engage each account, basing the marketing message on the specific attributes and needs of the account.
This will be amongst the top trends in leads generation in 2021.
2. Personalization Drives
B2B personalization is the act of tailoring your advertising, offers, and communication efforts to fit the needs of each B2B customer. It involves smarter targeting and better understanding to deliver faster, more relevant, and expected experiences to business customers.
Though a concept familiar in B2C ,this trend needs to catch up in B2B marketing to make the most of. personalization provides a truly individual experience that improves as users provide more of their behavioral data.
3. On-page lead qualification
Lead qualification is the process of vetting prospects to determine which ones deserve a place on your list of leads.
Manually qualifying leads is unworkable and even automated solutions rely on collecting enough data to make informed decisions. Capturing this data is a challenge and you have to find the right balance between positive UX and data capture through your lead generation strategies.
One solution is to create a friction-free signup process and push leads for more information after they’ve signed up.
4. Marketing and sales integration
The biggest challenge with marketing is aligning the marketing and sales efforts.
you’re going to need a software system that allows you to integrate your marketing and sales processes. This means a customer relationship management (CMS) system with integrated email marketing, sales and marketing automation.

This automation will bring your marketing and sales efforts together.
5. Page experience
In May 2020, Google announced a new ranking signal called “page experience” that will roll out at some point in 2021. Page experience is a ranking signal in Google’s search algorithm that combines a number of pre-existing signals related to different UX factors with some recently-introduced signals called Core Web Vitals.
Page experience will condense them into one signal, allowing its algorithm to calculate a single page experience score for each web page. The page experience should be friendly enough to win you more leads in 2021.
With the start of a new decade, it’s time to step up to the mark with the core essentials. Things like mobile optimization, loading times and UX-friendly consent aren’t concepts brands can continue to coax their way through.
