is that the site from your profile?? Because it looks gorgeous if that's the site...

Few things you could do...

1. content optimization...

Tthis guide might help

Also tools like SurferSEO / Frase.io are great for content optimization in the beginning until you learn to do content optimization without their help.

2. technical SEO

Make sure that there are no 404 / broken links on your site. The speed is pretty decent considering how visual your website is, but that's on desktop only, I didn't test your site on mobile devices, so make sure that your site is fast on mobiles too...

3. citations...

If your site is operating locally you will need citations from local sources. Unfortunately, I don't do local SEO, so I can't advise on where to get those citations from, how many of them, etc... But I think I've seen some sellers on the forum doing local SEO, so have a look at the marketplace, maybe you find something interesting:

4. internal links and clean site structure.

Your site structure looks good to me, so make sure you interlink some of your pages (the most relevant to each other ones, and use some relevant anchors, as well, Just don't overdo it, only 2-3 internal links with relevant but varied anchor text to each page from different pages is enough in the beginning). And make sure to submit your sitemap to your GSC after you make these changes

5. backlinks...

The medical niche is insanely competitive, so you'll need to pour a lot of money into backlinks if you want to get to the top and stay there. There is no way around this I'm afraid, so again, have a look at the marketplace and see if you find something that calls out to you

If your website 2 months old you can definitely start working on SEO, Start with profile links/ Social as they are mostly free. Then move to PBN and PR distribution which helps your site grow bigger in long run.

Thanks

start pushing out relevant blogs using long-tail keywords. Once you start getting some traffic interlink pages to the target page and optimize the content, images, site speed etc. I'd then do an analysis to see how many backlinks you'll need if you want to rank your target pages and go from there. If you've fully optimized a low comp page and got the right amount of backlinks you'll more than likely do quite well judging your niche.

The best place to start with SEO is a search intent research in your niche, categorize what does the audience is looking for and perfect the way you present it to them.

You need to buy backlinks, else the site is going nowhere. That's step #2.

Then keep adding content and links and you will start seeing rankings in no time.

If I had a fresh website on my hands with absolutely no posts, the first thing I would do is to be 100% clear on the sub-niche I'm targeting.

Pay attention to what I just said.

I did not say niche.

I did not say industry.

I said sub-niche.

You have to drill down.

The key to success with SEO is to focus on a topic that is an inch wide but miles deep.

Specialize!

Once you found your sub-niche, look for your competitors.

The good news is that regardless of how obscure your sub-niche is, there are already going to be competitors there.

Find them.

Enter their domains into paid SEO tools.

Look for their organic keywords and filter by monthly search volume and keyword difficulty.

Once you have this information, filter the keywords in terms of relevance.

This is the hardest part because you're going to have to load each keyword and study the results of your search.

Ask yourself: "Is this content the kind of content my target audience members would actually be interested in?"

You have to be completely honest with yourself.

Once you've filtered your keywords, you should then use content optimization tools like SurferSEO.

It will tell you what your contextual keyword target should be.

At this point, you have everything that you need to put together a superior piece of content.

Please understand that people enter your target keyword into Google for a reason.

They're looking for a certain experience.

They're looking for a certain result.

Deliver on that experience and result, and you will be fine.
