is that the site from your profile?? Because it looks gorgeous if that's the site...
Few things you could do...
1. content optimization...
Tthis guide might help

Also tools like SurferSEO / Frase.io are great for content optimization in the beginning until you learn to do content optimization without their help.
2. technical SEO
Make sure that there are no 404 / broken links on your site. The speed is pretty decent considering how visual your website is, but that's on desktop only, I didn't test your site on mobile devices, so make sure that your site is fast on mobiles too...
3. citations...
If your site is operating locally you will need citations from local sources. Unfortunately, I don't do local SEO, so I can't advise on where to get those citations from, how many of them, etc... But I think I've seen some sellers on the forum doing local SEO, so have a look at the marketplace, maybe you find something interesting:

4. internal links and clean site structure.
Your site structure looks good to me, so make sure you interlink some of your pages (the most relevant to each other ones, and use some relevant anchors, as well, Just don't overdo it, only 2-3 internal links with relevant but varied anchor text to each page from different pages is enough in the beginning). And make sure to submit your sitemap to your GSC after you make these changes
5. backlinks...
The medical niche is insanely competitive, so you'll need to pour a lot of money into backlinks if you want to get to the top and stay there. There is no way around this I'm afraid, so again, have a look at the marketplace and see if you find something that calls out to you
