The way of expressing your views on the particular topic is same in both blog writing and article writing.
A blog (modern name for web log) is a collection of writings, images, or anything tht you can put up / write in a 'log' format. All these entries, articles are called posts in blog's language.
Article is a meaningful text written about something or as an expression or just anything. The collection of articles, if put on the web in a log format, becomes your weblog or blog.

Blog writing is the more personal form of writing. It is also used to promote products and services. While article writing is a professional form of writing and it is only used to promote products and services.

Typically, if I classify myself as an "article writer", I render services in which I write & sell articles to customer's so they can publish them on their website(s). If I'm a "blog writer", this generally means that I'm writing articles but for my own personal website/blog. However, if you're writing content for a client and your article is going to be published on their blog, you could still consider yourself to be a blog writer (In a way). Either way, how you classify yourself ultimately depends on the destination of your content.

article writing stand for you can write for any topic, products and for pages for any websites like news paper, magazine or press release. when blog writing is special for blog in certain types only.

In blog writing, you've your person tone where you describe/narrate everything in your own words for specific audience where as in article writing, you write content based on topic or keyword that is written in 3rd person style and informative.
