What is CPA

hello everyone. I am a noob and i would like to get into the cpa game but I do not understand it. I have read some post but usually the guys are talking about how much they are making and other stuff like that but I am lost. I know you have to do sign ups and things like that. I would really appreciate it if someone could shed some decent light on this. If there is a thread with this please post the link. Thanks
