How can they find out if you are cloaking or not?
 
For example, you have a auto generate page, it optimaze for serach bots, but for people you want see another, very beautiful page.

Cloacking do with php or javascript language. The script see who go to page: bots people, and set different pages
 
Cloaking could do spamdexing tech. For set the site in higher ranking, this trick works.

This seems to an ancient thread, but it did help me. I have been recently trying to take a break from regular money making methods and eyeing for newer and better ones.

Cloaking affiliate links is good, but cloaking a page or website to fool Google... is a big no no.
 
Google cloaking comes under black hat SEO. Google Cloaking means on your web site you are trying to show two different information to the user and Google crawler. That means you are trying to manipulate google algorithm and this could be good for your site.

im actually reading about how to cloak affiliate links just now.iv been usually just doing a blogger redirect but think a cloaker sounds better.actually struggling to find info on how to properly cloak a link but il get there
 
Cloaking isn't good for longterm success...but you can make a quick buck doing it before account gets banned

This is really wrong statement you got there. Some people (that I know) cloak for years, and actually have to, as it is part of their biz to make money etc. With a good cloaker, you can survive for years.
 
Cloaking refers to the practice of presenting different content or URLs to human users and search engines.


Some examples of cloaking include:


Serving a page of HTML text to search engines, while showing a page of images or Flash to users
Inserting text or keywords into a page only when the User-agent requesting the page is a search engine, not a human visitor
 
It is an black hat technique. That is the web content is displayed differently to the users and the search engine.
It is an unethical way of optimizing the website .
