Recently I read an ariticle saying one should keep the target page have a short click distance to homepage, because it may affect indexing and DA allocation. Wondering what does it exactly mean? For instance, in my comprehension, /cat/cat1/cat2/pageA/ has a longer click distance to the homepage than /cat/pageB/ it that right? And if my page has clear breadcrumbs, like home >cat >cat1 > cat2 >cat3 >pageA does it mean there only needs one click to reach the homepage even though it has a full structure of url? Any opinions would be appreciated.
