If you have photoshop, you can design a site with Site Grinder plugin from Media Lab or maybe you can use Xsite pro.

I can show our design samples ,it is difficult to criticize
we do Php and asp.net etc....................

I use wordpress (you can find loads of free templetates online) or I email some whizzkid to make it for me cheaply (if wordpress isnt suitable for that type of website)

When I want something pretty, I mess around in Dreamweaver.

When I just need something quick, I use XSitePro

Wordpress is my favourite platform though, so usually I just use a theme.

I believe the longest piece of string belongs to Billy McGee in Provo Utah. It would take two of them to equal chuck norris's dick... so I've heard.

Personally, notepad is pretty solid.
