Also voting for CapCut, as I use it myself.
I think Premiere Pro is quite difficult for complete beginners.
 
filmora and capcut are very good to use for staring the video editing they easy use

Filmora is easier for beginners and quicker to learn. Adobe is more powerful but has a steeper learning curve. If you are just starting, Filmora is usually the better option.
 
I think Filmora is easy to use, but if you wanna learn professional video editing, then you should go for Premiere Pro.
