Generally, it depends on your language in which you want to translate the stuff. I agree with mates, you should use Google Translator due to their large database and free services.

I have to agree with some of the other people that Google translator is the best one on the market. Altough nothing would beat a native speaking person.

Google translator is always best.

Other than that I list out some other translator below:
#Bing translator--It was a product from Microsoft it supports most of the languages.
#Linguee, Wordmagic, Babylon(some other translators)
#Otherwise you can use human translator.

Why don't you try out cheap translating agency like Writepath? I had used their service for a few time, pretty cheap. It's very cost affective because they dont' charge the same words that occured more than once.
