As a former copywriter and Marketing student this looks like the type of stuff written by Frank Jefkins or Martyn Davis.
If you want basic truths on Advertising that ring true forever I recommend " Ogilvy on Advertising" by original Ad man David Ogilvy.

Delete this thread please. Anyone with a braincell can tell what an advertisement is. Also if someone didn't know, google is a second away to look it up. Then you should know that this site uses a dark theme too, you saw that when you registered, don't use black text.
