What is a good software to start my affiliate program?

So I want to start my own affiliate/representative style website page. Kinda like 'body by vy' or 'worldventures'. I have a service that my affiliates will be trying to sell. They will also get paid for signing up new affiliates. What is a good software to keep track of who referred who. Also I plan on giving each affiliate their own website. Will I be able to set the software to it knows which affiliate has which site? I want this whole process to be as automated as possible.
